Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. She was the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took the first six years of contest to earn her college diploma. In October 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the event. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The first step is warming up before going on to working sets. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
